Terms and Conditions

Arrival after 3 p.m. ~ Departure by 11 a.m.

Confirmation Policy:

In order to confirm and secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours and the balance paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival.

For reservations made inside of 30 days, the total cost is due immediately to confirm booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Hawkshead is a boutique lodge and late cancellations have a significant impact.

Cancellations inside of 30 days are strictly 100% non refundable.

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to cover any unforseen circumstances.
